On behalf of the OWASP Foundation, the conference planning team, and everyone attending the conference, we thank you for participating in this year’s event.
The OWASP Foundation has been presenting events focused on education around software security since it was founded 20+ years ago. We want to do everything possible to make your experience as positive and successful as possible. As you look over this packet, we ask that you please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Exhibitor Packet
This packet provides essential information, including preparing for the event, registering your team, booking your hotel, getting your team and materials to the event, and other necessary details and deadlines.

- Register your onsite team ASAP! Discount codes have been sent to your rep for paid exhibitors and sponsors.

Preparing You and Your Team
- REGISTER: It is critical that both your expo pass holders and full conference pass holders register. Discount codes have been distributed to all paid exhibitors and sponsors. Please make sure all registrations have been processed NO later than October 10.
- BOOK HOTEL: OWASP has a room block for Global AppSec DC 2023. To book a room at the conference hotel, please use this link to receive the discounted group rate available only until October 1.
Event Exhibitors
- Gold/Silver 8’ x 10’ Booths will be set with an 8’ high black and white back drape, 3’ high black side drape, one 6’L x 30”H black draped table, two Limerick® chairs by Herman Miller, and one wastebasket. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request from Freeman. Start-up booths 8’x10’ will be provided with a 6’ table and two chairs. There will not be back or side drape for the start-up area.
- Diamond Plus: 5 full conference passes 3 expo-only passes
- Diamond: 5 full conference passes 3 expo-only passes
- Gold: 2 full conference passes 2 expo-only passes
- Silver: 2 expo-only passes
- Start-Up: 2 expo-only passes
- Additional full conference and expo-only passes may be purchased here. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any additional discounts other than what is included in your exhibitor/sponsorship package.
- Full Conference Pass holders will have access to: breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, Networking Reception, and social events, as well as access to the Keynote sessions, all conference tracks, and the expo hall.
- Expo Only Pass holders will have access to: breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, Networking Reception, and social events. Expo pass holders will NOT have access to the Keynote sessions or conference tracks.

Preparing for the Conference
- Event Location: Marriott Marquis Washington DC, 901 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001 USA
- Vendor Check-in and Set-up: Sunday, October 29, 6pm-9pm
- Exhibitor Area Hours: Monday, October 30, 8am-8:30pm and Tuesday, October 31, 8am-5pm
- Vendor Tear Down: Tuesday, October 31, 5pm-9pm. All vendor areas must be torn down by 9pm.

A/V
- Should you wish to order any A/V, please do so directly through Lumens.
Electricity
- Electricity is not included in any expo package. If you require electricity at your expo area, please work directly with Encore.
Furniture Rentals
- Additional furniture other than what is included in your expo package may be ordered directly from Freeman
Lead Retrieval
- Please follow the instructions provided by EventDex here and here. If your expo package does not include a lead scanner license and you would like to purchase one, please Contact Us.
Shipping Materials to and from the show
Wi-Fi
- Shared conference Wi-Fi will be available. Please ask for the network and password at the Registration desk. Additionally, the network and password will be included in your on-site packets that your team will find on their expo tables when they arrive. If you require hardwired Wi-Fi specifically for your expo area, please contact Encore.
